This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") discloses the privacy practices for Sticks LLC, dba MindLode, (“Sticks”, “MindLode”, "us" or "we") with respect to its websites and through other web-based interactions and communications you have with us (“the Websites”). This Policy applies only to the information we collect through the Websites. By using any of our Websites, you agree that this Policy governs your use of our Websites and any dispute concerning the Websites.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you submit a request for more information or subscribe to our communications. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Sticks may keep track of the Websites and pages users visit within Sticks in order to determine what Sticks services are the most popular. This data is used to delivery customized content in advertising within Sticks to customers.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Sticks. This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Websites, to maintain quality of the Websites and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Sticks Websites.

When you visit a page that includes one of these sharing tools, the third-party company that operates the tool may be collecting information about your browser, device and online activity through its own tracking technologies and subject to its own separate privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
From time to time Sticks may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmation of service and other general information. We may collect information about the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails. If you would like to stop receiving promotional communications from Sticks, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe button.
RIGHT TO DELETION
Subject to certain exceptions listed out below, we will:

direct any service provides to delete your personal information from their records upon receipt of a verifiable request.
Please know that we may not be able to comply with a request to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

CHILDREN UNDER 13
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, which requires us to notify and obtain consent from a parent or guardian before we collect, use and disclose the personal information of anyone under 13 years of age. We won't knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to provide us any personally identifying information online. If you're under 13, please do not register for any of our Websites or provide us with any personally identifying information (such as your name, email address or phone number).
