What It Delivers

A Culture Audit that reveals what’s working well and what could be better

We produce a report with commentary highlighting how the respondent group stands with regard to the seven core feelings against our universal norms, and then how that breaks down within the group by segment.

We show the statements that over-index positively and negatively for each segment to reveal the issues driving the shape of the feelings, and overlay the respective open-text response to provide additional qualitative flavor.

The result is a report with insights that are granular, specific and directly actionable that fall into three categories:

  1. previously unknown potential problems that may need to be addressed

  2. previously unappreciated potential areas of strength that may offer the opportunity to be better leveraged

  3. previously suspected issues that had not been addressable until now because of lack of supporting data

It allows the organization to understand and be able to articulate what makes its people really tick, and then devise action plans accordingly.
